Timken steel

Timken steel is produced by electric arc furnace smelting, ladle refining, and vacuum degassing. Precise control of the chemical composition is achieved during the ladle refining process, and grain refining elements and desulfurizing elements are added to adjust the internal grain structure and effectively control the sulfur content. Stirring under constant vacuum to float impurities and eliminate harmful gases. After that, the molten steel is cast into steel ingots or continuously cast into billets. In the end, these ingots and continuous casting billets are rolled into round steel, rounded square steel, seamless mechanical steel tubes or value-added steel parts that meet customer requirements.
